British Wheel of Yoga and Pilates Teacher
Following a minor car accident at aged 22, I experienced daily lower back pain from sciatica until I went along to a local pilates class twenty years later!
I was so thrilled to find something that would eleviate my pain through core strength exercises, that I decided to become a pilates teacher and help other back sufferers, qualifying 10 years ago.
Then I attended a local yoga class and soon realised all the other benefits that Yoga can bring, so I decided to train as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
It has been an amazing journey and I now teach a mixture of yoga and pilates core strength classes which, from my experience, I know will help many people.
